Hosting services by a third party
As part of processing on our behalf, a third-party provider delivers the services for hosting and displaying the website. Data collection and use for contract processing

Mandatory fields are marked as such because in these cases we necessarily need the data for contract processing, creating your customer account, or handling your contact request. We use the data you provide in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR for contract processing and handling your inquiries. After the complete processing of the contract or deletion of your customer account, your data will be restricted for further processing and deleted after the expiration of tax and commercial retention periods, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use data beyond this which is legally permitted and about which we inform you in this declaration. The deletion of your customer account is possible at any time and can be done by sending a message to the contact option described above.
Contact, contact form
When contacting L'AMOTION (for example via contact form or email), the user's information is stored for the purpose of processing the request and in case follow-up questions arise. This data will not be collected or shared without your consent. Without this data, we cannot respond to your inquiries.
Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para. 3 TKG and Art. 6 para. 1 lit a (consent) GDPR.
Data sharing
For the fulfillment of the contract in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR, we forward your data to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of ordered goods. Depending on which payment service provider you select during the ordering process, we forward the payment data collected for this purpose to the credit institution commissioned with the payment and, if applicable, to payment service providers commissioned by us or to the selected payment service. In some cases, the selected payment service providers also collect this data themselves, provided you create an account there.
