Scope, legal basis
This data protection declaration explains the type, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by GLAMIRA GmbH Sontraer Strasse 19, 60386 Frankfurt am Main, office@lamotion.com). We process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (GDPR, DSG 2018, TKG 2003).
Third Party Hosting Services
As part of processing on our behalf, a third-party provider provides the services for hosting and displaying the website. Collection and processing of your data
In principle, you can visit our website without providing any personal information. If you want to shop, subscribe to our newsletter or use certain functions of our website, personal data will be collected.
Handling of personal data

Data collection and use for contract processing
We collect personal data if you voluntarily provide it to us as part of your order, creating a customer account or when contacting us. Mandatory fields are marked as such, since in these cases we need the data to process the contract, create your customer account or process your contact. We use the data you provide in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 lit. b GDPR to process the contract and your inquiries. After the contract has been completed or your customer account has been deleted, your data will be restricted for further processing and deleted after the retention periods under tax and commercial law have expired, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use the data beyond that is permitted by law and about which we inform you in this statement. The deletion of your customer account is possible at any time and can be done by sending a message to the contact option described above.
Contact, contact form
When contacting L'AMOTION (e.g. via contact form or e-mail), the user's details are stored for the purpose of processing the request and in the event that follow-up questions arise. This data will not be collected or passed on without your consent. Without this data we cannot answer your inquiries.
Data processing takes place on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96 (3) TKG and Article 6 (1) (a) (consent) GDPR.

In order to fulfill the contract in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 lit. b GDPR, we pass on your data to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods ordered. Depending on which payment service provider you select in the ordering process, we pass on the payment data collected for this purpose to the credit institution commissioned with the payment and any payment service provider commissioned by us or to the selected payment service to process payments. Some of the selected payment service providers also collect this data themselves if you create an account there. Google AdWords
This offer uses the online advertising program Google AdWords, which is operated by Google Inc. ("Google") in the USA and uses conversion tracking as part of this.
Cookies can be used. The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on an ad served by Google. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of this offer and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was forwarded to this page. L'AMOTION uses social plugins from social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google+ and Pinterest.
