Our logistics manager Elke and Sophie will take care of your matter and provide you with all necessary information about the exchange process. In this case, a new order is not necessary.
In order that you get your correct size quickly, we ask you to send the piece of jewelry that does not match, to the following address as soon as possible:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your newly purchased product, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt. Please note that you send the pieces of jewelry in the original packaging so that they arrive at our warehouse undamaged. We ask you to send your return to the following address:
We would also like to ask you to keep the receipt. As soon as we have received your article, we will refund your purchase price.
In case of a return, the items must be unused and undamaged. It must be evident that they were only worn for the purpose of trying them on. If the goods are damaged or there are obvious signs of use, L'AMOTION reserves the right to refuse the return of the item or to request a replacement.
Refund of purchase price
In the event of a return, L’AMOTION will refund the purchase price as soon as the return has arrived at our warehouse.
The chargeback takes place depending on the payment method:
Payment with credit card
As soon as the return has arrived at L’AMOTION, the corresponding credit will automatically be transferred to the credit card account used for the purchase.
If the invoice has already been paid, Klarna refunds the purchase price to the bank details with which the invoice was paid.
