If your piece of jewelery does not fit you and you need a different size, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please let us know which piece of jewelery you would like to exchange for which size!
Sophie will take care of your matter with her friendly and charming manner and make the exchange. A new order is not necessary in this case.
To ensure that you receive your correct size quickly, we ask that you send the piece of jewelery that does not fit you as soon as possible to the following address:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your newly purchased product, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt. Make sure that you send the jewelry well packed and in the original packaging so that it arrives back to us undamaged. We ask you to send your return to the following address:
We would also like to ask you to keep the posting receipt. As soon as we receive your package, we will refund your purchase price.
In the event of a return, the items must not show any damage or signs of wear, i.e. it must be clear that they were only worn for the purpose of trying them on. If the goods are damaged or there are obvious signs of use, L'AMOTION reserves the right to refuse the return or, if necessary, to demand compensation.
Purchase price refund
In the event of a return, L'AMOTION will refund the purchase price paid as soon as the return has been booked by the delivery partner.
The chargeback is made depending on the payment method:
Payment with credit card
As soon as the return has arrived at L'AMOTION, the corresponding credit will be automatically transferred to the credit card account used for the purchase.
